Hatsune Miku decided that Ochaco Uraraka needed a buzzcut.

I do not think that Ochaco is that thrilled about it.

They wanted Hatsune giving Ochaco a buzzcut in a Salon setting.
I did what I can with the limitations of kinitoPET's paint.
