Character Description

When Lock was still young, her pack was ambushed by a rival tribe—an attack that ended with her mother’s capture and her father’s death. Lock escaped, but the memory of blood and betrayal left scars deeper than any wound. Alone, she was raised by the few tribe members that were left. She would feel their stares measuring her worth, their whispered bargains on what she might owe in return for protection. She remembered too well the way her parents had been used, traded, and discarded. Each offer of belonging felt like a snare waiting to close.

Background/History

Note: Lock eventually discarded her tribal remnants first. Better the silence of the wilds than the false comfort of a pack that might exploit her. Over the seasons, Lock became a ghost that roamed the edges of territories—always watching, never staying. She learned to hunt alone, sleep light, and trust no one but herself. Her body grew strong, but her heart grew wary, wrapped in iron distrust.

Note: Now, Lock is a figure whispered about by the tribes—a lone Mightyena with eyes that burn in the dark, who cannot be tamed or claimed. To some, she is proof that survival without a pack is possible. To others, she is a warning: a soul shaped by trauma, too scarred to ever let anyone close again.
