"Drowning training"
After his lizard friend voiced a desire to improve how long they can stay underwater, Conduit offered a unique sort of training that only he could provide. With it being agreed to, the two dove down in a lake together, the lizard exhaled all his air... And intentionally inhaled. After their choking stopped, Conduit put his hands on their shoulders and began sending a gentle current of electricity into the waterlogged lizard's body, helping them stay awake.
It's been 5 minutes since then, and the lizard's still conscious, but only just, with almost no oxygen left in him. He has to make himself breathe, his now-blue body having given up on doing so on its own, and he can barely make out Conduit urging him to keep his focus. At this point, it's likely he'd pass out in seconds if he lost his concentration... But until then, he keeps himself going, looking forward to finding out how long he'd lasted once he finally passes out.
