This cartoon is a continuation of my 2018 cartoon series "Three Suckers" - about three loser cats desperately trying to make a lot of money, but constantly get into all sorts of troubles. Also, initially my cartoon was a parody of the Russian cheap crappy show for small children Three Cats/Kid-e-Cats.
This picture shows Three two Suckers visiting hospitable Belarus and meeting its funny ruler - Potato head Alexander Lukashenko! =D
