I don't use Machintosh and I don't know the winamp can run on MacOS, but there are 2 music players, Audacious and QMMP music player I see them on MacPorts, they can read the Winamp classic skins and we can use many winamp classic skins via using Audacious or QMMP, I use dynamic range compression so I prefer Audacious to QMMP.

the winamp is called macamp which it was exclusive for macintosh computers since winamp was for windows. it makes sense. however macamp by subband software website was defunct. so it's now OpenAMP. i just did some research which winamp or specific ones are compatible on the computers.

I notice the VLC media player can use winamp classic skins and it run on Mac OS X, I try to use Linux version on Linux and load my winamp skins, opening the interface page and load the custom skin, opening *.wsz file (this is winamp classic skin archive) or zip file. I feel the Linux version is rough on custom interface area, after opening the winamp skin, once close the VLC and reopen it then the skin is reflected.
and I know the WebAmp, it run on web browser and work like winamp, it can load other winamp skins and play the music. I know these two thing using winamp skins on Mac OS.
