Lugia's finally learned how to blow huge bubbles! Relaxing on the seabed a couple hundred feet down with his lungs completely stuffed with air, he opens his mouth to exhale, a wonderfully large bubble inflating from within him. With a bloop as it disconnected from his mouth before floating away, he began making another, and another, forming a column of bubbles that were each multiple feet wide! The pressure building in his mouth from the exhaled air made his cheeks bulge despite his mouth being open, but that didn't hide his smile, satisfied to finally be capable of this.
