It's finally ready!
You can find it in the Sims 4 gallery by searching up my EA Account ID : Ponyzone
You'll need, the Growing together Expansion Pack, Parenthood Game Pack, and the free Holiday Celebration pack to make sure everything works right.
Warning!: The Daycare is mainly built for display purposes only, I have not tested it for actual gameplay, so I am not responsible for anything bad that happens on that front.
The Daycare can be placed in the 50x40 lot in Newcrest.
I wish I knew how to create a file which you could download, as I'm not the most fond of the gallery.
Also, the big v1.0 in the title is my way of saying this might not be the final design, I think if I had more packs I could probably make something far more accurate, but for now, I think it's a good start to what I had in mind.
