I had the idea for this picture already in 2007 and sketched it in the same year. However, it tooks eight further years before it was finished. And with around 40 hours of work, it was my most time-consuming single picture to this point^^

I like dragons. That’s why I like drawing them. Post-apocalypse + dragons, that something special. This is the only time you can see what kind of enemies Elena had in this setting. Based on her reaction, however, it doesn’t seem to worry her “much”.

Conclusion of a series of pictures created between 2007 and 2015.

Done with various pencils, Polychromos and Fantasia colors, in fine technique.

Oooh, this is incredible!!

I looks so great, like a post-apocalyptic fantasy world in the vein of Thundarr the Barbarian and Panzer Dragoon.

I love Elena's outfit, very futuristic! I've always liked futures where they have lasers but also swords.

I can only imagine how time consuming this was to draw, but totally worth it to spark the imagination. This made my day!❤️

Actually it was a idea for a comic project. But I never had the time to create it. At least there are some pictures I did of her and the setting. But yeah, post-apocalyptic settings are still one of my favorite settings.
