its the episode where they find pinkies party planing cave and they talk about how she has files on everyone in ponyville, its mentioned as a throwaway gag, when twilight is looked to she complains that she is 'not really 'afraid' of them but that they are 'just so cheesey' and its never mentioned again....i THINK there was a page in one of the comics showing her having a fresh still hot quessadilla fall on her as a filly and this was likely meant to explain that phobia but im not 100 percent sure....but i do know for sure about the scene in the show
