The settings of Steele n Friends and Unseen Primal are similar in a lot of ways, not just in terms of the characters being used but the Factions, Races, and gods that exist in both universes, despite being separated worlds. But in my writing, Midgard isn't just Earth but the mortal plane at large. Their worlds are one of many timelines conducted by the Nornirs that dwell in the world tree.
All of these settings can be linked to Yggdrasil. Think of it like the Timeline storyline in the recent Mortal Kombat games. Steele n Friends timeline isn't too different from ours, except all the fantastical elements such as Seidr magic, hidden cities like Omigard, Golden Sands City, and even R'lyeh. Lost races such as Cynoeas (or the caninoid) and Pangaeans (or the Saurians) exist in both worlds.
Even primordial forces such as Ak'coa and Ymir are linked together via by the primordial force known as Heris, who represents balance. Heris doesn't take a physical form and is said to be protected by barriers that even Odin cannot get through, but only Ak'coa alone can as he visit Heris when he's able too to obtain wisdom.
But those are stories for another time, right now I'll be going over the brief summary of the three (or four wink wink) major religions of both Steele n Friends and Unseen Primal.
The major Pantheons
1: The Old Gods (Norse Pantheon) are one of three core pantheons for the world of Jörðgárð (Jordgard) or the city of Omigard in 2038. Eons before the world sowed the seeds of life, the Gods of the stars, the Aesir and the Vanir tore the flesh of Ymir to create the world. Maggots became the Dvergr, the Tears became the Alfar, and the bile became the various beasts that inhabit the realms outside of Miðgarðr (Midgard). Odin, King of the gods, watches over Ásgarðr (Asgard) and has been worshiped by both the people of Jörðgárð/Earth and various aliens beyond the stars. To the Vaconis/Anuntilian (Afghan) hounds, he is known as Mitra, the sky father. To the Atlanteans and Cimmerians, he is Crom, an aloof and grim god, and even to the saurian people, He is the Outsider. The Aesir live in Ásgarðr while the Vanir dwell in their primordial home of Vanaheimr. While the Old Gods are worshiped by Cynoeas, the small, mysterious, and yet savage race known as Men or Humans worship them.
2: The Old Ones (Pangaean Pantheon) are the second group of Gods worshiped in both Unseen Primal and Steele n Friends. The Allborn Ak'coa is said to predate even Odin of the Old Gods. Ak'coa isn't too different from Odin except that he isn't destined to die at the end. While the Aesir and the Vanir fought each other, Ak'coa was planting the seeds of life in Midgard, including different alien races and, of course, the first Pangaeans on Jörðgárð (Unseen Primal) and Earth (Steele n Friends). These entities had watched over the realm for eons while gods from other pantheons either died in battle to paid little attention to the mortal world. Regardless, the Old Ones became the number one religion to the Saurians of this world since their inception. Other members include Setek the Eternal, a Serpent god and protector of Jörðgárð who is widely worshiped by the agile skinks, and Kukuihaele, the wyrm of the North, an entity that is said to have transformed five Azhdarchid pterosaurs into the Azhdarchidans or the Giant Wings. Its spawns and priests are said to have led the surviving Pangaean people after the end of the mid-Jurassic period.
3: The Gods of the Outer Dark (Outer Gods) are the third sect of gods who are worshiped in secret. Eldritch entities said to dwell outside of Yggdrasil that whisper their influence through dreams. Unlike gods like Loki or Surtr, the Outer Gods are not bound by the good or evil binary, as the concept of good and evil is meaningless to them. The most silent of these gods is the slumbering god Azathoth, who is said to have either existed when Ymir did or predated Ymir, depending on the source. No scholars within the Laurasian Empire or Libraries in Pnakotus have any info on this entity or any of the Outer gods, say, perhaps three of them. The Crawling Chaos, the messenger, is one of the Outer gods worshiped by the tainted cynoeas of the Axefang Imperium (In both Unseen Primal and Steele n Friends). Yog the Opener of the way is another god favored by those from Axefang, who is said to peer through all realities at once and bestow lost knowledge to those who seek it. The Elder eyes or Ku-Krog is another Outer God who encircles Azathoth. a massive worm-like entity that the canines of Axefang wish to summon to the mortal realm, but doing so will cause Midgard to shatter due to its large size. While not an Outer God but instead a great old one, Volkerh, He who walks in blood is a god whose origins are debated by scholars and statesmen of the Laurasian Empire. Still, it is this entity that grants the Axefang canines the knowledge of flesh craft.
Continuing from the Outer Dark entities, we get to their lesser kin, the Great Old Ones, and no they are not related to the Old Ones or the Old Gods. They are alien entities from the stars who came to Jörðgárð (Unseen Primal) and Earth (Steele n Friends) for different reasons. Besides Volkerh, another notable Great Old One is Cthulhu, who resides in this epic kingdom of R'lyeh where he is responsible for the deep ones, a native race of fish-like beings that dwell in the deepest regions of the seas. All Deep Ones and Xothians serve Cthulhu passionately and zealously and will die to protect the great dreamer.
