So what happens when the Green Crown puts itself between Diana's horns, leaving the Red Crown fuming? Well, in addition to changing her wool to grow out in great loads, to the point it covers even her hands, it makes her more akin to nature itself. Her wool grows natural berries from tiny branches woven into it from inside her body, she smells sweetly of fresh rain and pring flowers with a hint of mint...
Oh yea, and she becomes an absolute gremlin.
Normally, when you hear 'gremlin' you think of the movies or the fictional monster that breaks things and makes them unusable. No, she becomes the 'pain in the ass' type of gremlin. From putting live, venomous bugs into the robes of her elderly followers and erupting into peels of laughter if they die from fright, shock or venom, to making a swarm of squirrels in Darkwood suddenly maul a servant of the Old Faith to even turning the weather from a bright, sunny day to a deluge all because someone said how nice it was, the Green Crown makes her unpredictable and chaotic.
Her sense of humor becomes more like a pinball machine; you have NO idea when that ball will slip past the bumpers, and everything it can slam into is whatever idea of a 'joke' she gets in her head. As befitting the Crown of Chaos, this means her humor ca range from annoying to lethal. Now sure, this is one definition of 'Chaos', and you're right, it might be stale if that was all there was to it.
From my point of view, Chaos as governed by the Green Crown is the opposite of the Red. Death is an absolute certainty, it is GOING TO HAPPEN, but birth isn't always a given. And between birth and death, you have to deal with whatever random bullshit life throws at you each day. The Green Crown is all about nature, the ever changing forces nobody can predict or prevent from happening; the weather will change as it sees fit, animals will follow their hard coded survival instincts, and you can't ever predict luck.
The Green Crown gives Diana control over these things, from changing the weather on a dime to making someone absurdly lucky one minute and dangerously unlucky the next. The real challenge is trying to get her to use these powers in a way that benefits the Cult.
