For one reason or another, this lizard found himself at a pool. Its only other occupants were two dolphins, who quickly took notice of him, and made him an offer of something that had always been a fantasy of his! Without even hesitating, the lizard allowed himself to be tied and thrown into the water, where he was held down as the dolphins began to occasionally tease him. Several minutes passed like this, the lizard having a great time even as his lungs began to burn and a purple blush formed on his face. As one of the dolphins rubbed his heaving chest, he gave a smile between his big puffed cheeks as he felt himself beginning to close in on his limit...

Inspired by a dream I had a little while back. It wasn't quite like this - I just briefly met an anthro dolphin in a pool - but I do wish they'd teased me about having a shorter breath hold than them.

squirtlerocks07 and I did an RP based on this.

S: on a rather beautiful day, me and Dan were heading to the pool together for a nice relaxing swim, or at least that's what we thought... nearby the pool were two anthro dolphins, with both look at each other with a smirk, they were the only other people in the pool area

L: One of the dolphins whispers to the other, "Those two look like they'd be perfect for that thing we've been wanting to do..."

I smile as I look out at the two of them. "Oh cool, dolphin guys!"

S: the other dolphin whispers back
"Oh 100%! Let's go and ask them about it!"

I look over at them with a smile of my own
Me - "Cool! Anthro dolphins!"

L: Dolphin 1 looks over at us. "Hey, got a question for you two... Do you enjoy pushing yourselves to hold your breath a long time?"

Me: "I mean, I do, but my friend doesn't. Even getting him to dive at all tends to be tough."

S: "Yeah, definitely not...heh..."

Dolphin 2 - "Oooh...well, I guess we can ask the real question to that guy then"
he points to dan

L: Dolphin 1: "So, bit of a weird question... We've always wanted a chance to keep someone underwater a long time while we tease them for not being able to hold their breath as long as us, but we don't want to do that to someone that's not willing. So... Would you be up for indulging us on this?"

I blush as I think about it, my tail wagging a little... "...Y-yeah, I think that'll be great!"

S: Dolphin 2 - "Oh really? Awesome! We'll even tie you up too to make this more fun for us!"

Me - "...WHAT?!?! Buddy, are you actually insane for thinking about this right now?! Great?? No...no your not doing this kind of thing! Especially in front of me!"

L: Me: "I-I know, I'm weird... Look, I'm doing this regardless, but you don't have to watch. Just... Let me have this, please."

Dolphin 1: "Yep, you can just wait for us to be done, no worries."

S: Dolphin 2 - "Mmhm"

Me - "No!!! Dan I'm not letting you do that! Please I beg you! Don't do it!!!" my eyes fill with tears as I look at you with a big pleading face

L: Me: "I'm sorry, but I can't just pass up on this! I might never get another chance!"

Dolphin 1, to you: "He'll be fine, we promise. We'll get him back to the surface the moment he wants us to."

S: Dolphin 2 - "Yeah, we're not that crazy! We promise!"

Me - "Ugh! Why would you wanna feel something like that? Makes 0 sense...your a strange one sometimes buddy... but still" I put myself in front of you to protect you from the dolphins
"I'm not letting you do this to my best friend! I refuse! We came here for a relaxing swim, and that's what we're gonna do! None of thus nonsense!"

L: Me: "And we'll have our swim, just after this! Please, I know I'm going to have a great time!" I try to get around you.

S: "No buddy! I'm not letting you, and that's final!" I make sure you can't move from behind

Dolphin 2 - "Look, if he's gonna an issue here then, we'll find someone else for this, I don't want your friend here to be traumatized"

L: Dolphin 1: "Yeah, this is looking like it's not going to work out..."

Me: "E-Emilio, stop! If I have to push you out of the way to do this, I will!"

S: Me - "Jeez buddy, you really wanna do this that badly?" I stop to think for a moment, then sigh heavily
"Fine, I'll let you do this...if....you let me do it with you, I know I'm crazy... but seeing the both of us do this thing is the only way I'll calm down"

Dolphin 2 - "Well....that was unexpected"

L: Dolphin 1: "You sure you want to join in? You don't seem too confident..."

Me: "...When he sets himself to something, he always follows through on it. But, even I'm not sure it's a good idea this time, I know he's not going to enjoy this..."

S: Me - "Dan...listen to me, this may terrify me to the next level, but I promise you...I'm going through with it, just to make sure I don't freak out about you doing it specifically... because A. If I stay here, I'm gonna be worried about you the whole time, and B. If I just join you underwater to watch it's gonna also terrify me, so I have to meet in the middle"
I'm clearly very scared about actaully doing this, but I'm not turning back on it

Dolphin 2 - "Hmm..."

L: Dolphin 1: "...If you're really sure about this, we've got enough rope to tie you too."

Me: "I guess it would be nice to have you with me, but I feel like you're just going to be terrified the whole time regardless..."

S: Dolphin 2 - "Yeah... and I don't want you to be scared the whole time were doing this...but if you insist, we'll just go a bit easier on you then..."

Me - "Oh...I don't know how I feel about being tied up... not being able to move my arms or legs..." I shudder in fear

L: Me: "I'm not really looking forward to that either, not being able to move kind of freaks me out... But, at least for me, I think it'll make this a little better."

Dolphin 1, to you: "We could keep the ropes more loose on you, if you think that would help. You could still squirm around a bit."

S: I sigh
"I suppose that could help...just let me be able to move a little bit..."

Dolphin 2 - "No problem! We'll try our best to make this as enjoyable for you as possible, for the both of you"

L: Dolphin 1: "Yep, don't want you two being TOO uncomfortable, it won't be as fun if we're not all enjoying it!"

Me: "For sure... A-anyway, I think we're ready now..."

S: Me - "Yeah, as ready as we'll ever be...oh boy" I quickly pull out my swim goggles and put them on

Dolphin 2 - "Alright, let's get started!"

L: I get my own goggles on as well, a bit nervous in anticipation. "O-okay, let's do this..."

Dolphin 1 begins to tie me with some ropes. "Keep your hands behind your back, that'll work the best for this..."

S: Me - "Heh, it's like your being arrested or something bud" I nervously giggle

Dolphin 2 - "Ha ha, very funny"
dolphin 2 starts to tie me with some ropes too, my hands behind my back as he did, but he makes them loose enough so it's not uncomfortable

L: Dolphin 1: "Heh, I didn't even think of that..." He ties my legs to my tail so I can't move.

I squirm a bit to test the bindings, blushing a lot with a nervous smile. "A-alright, I'm ready to go now..."

S: "Just about finished here..." dolphin 2 does the same to my own legs, again keeping them comfortable for me

I look over at myself as I blush a lot myself

Me - "Ok...im already very scared... I don't like this..." I squirm in my bindings, already trying to break free from them

L: Dolphin 1: "You can still back out if you want, I wouldn't blame you if you did."

Me: "I'm definitely still doing this..."

S: "...no...no! I said I was gonna do it, and I can't go back on it!"

Dolphin 2 - "Honestly you'll be very very brave for going through with this, so...let's do it"

L: Dolphin 1: "Alright, both of you do some deep breathing, it'll be best if this can go on for a long time."

Me: "For sure, yeah..." I start taking some deep breaths, as dolphin 1 picks me up and swims out over the deep end of the pool with me.

S: I nervously start to take deep breathes as well as dolphin 2 picks me up and goes over to the deep end as well

Me - "Please...be gentle with me, and maybe my best friend too..."

L: Me: "I-I'd be fine if you didn't go easy on me..."

Dolphin 1: "I think your friend would be upset if we went all-out for you, so... We'll take it a little easy. Just a little bit less so with you."

S: Dolphin 2 - "I agree"

Me - "Thanks guys..."

Dolphin 2 - "Alright...time to submerge... I really hope you won't freak out too much"

L: Me: "L-let's do this!" I take and hold a deep breath, and dolphin 1 does the same as he brings me underwater, pulling me deeper down.

S: I quickly take a deep breath as well and hold it before dolphin 2 does the same and drags me underwater, pulling me down deeper and deeper with me whining out bubbles the whole way down

L: Dolphin 1 gets me all the way to them bottom. "Now, let's see just how long you two can last... Probably not as long as us!"

I smile and bubble a bit at that, and watch you coming down.

S: dolphin 2 soon gets me to the bottom as well

Dolphin 2 - "I bet even with their breath hold times combined they won't last as long as us!"

I wiggle in my binds, feeling very uncomfortable and scared, bubbling out quite a bit from that too, even if I should be trying to relax

L: Dolphin 1: "They're probably already feeling an urge to breathe... Aren't you, lizard guys?"

I nod to him, since I am, but I can definitely still go quite a bit longer.

S: I nod my head quickly, my face already red from the anxiety, I whimper and whine, not enjoying myself at all

Dolphin 2 - "Yikes, the blue lizard isn't having any fun and we promised them to make this enjoyable" he turns to dolphin 1
"What should we do to make this fun? I don't want the blue guy to stress out this much..."

L: Dolphin: "Oh, um... Maybe if they were together?" He brings me over to you, and I try my best to hold my tail against you, trying to reassure you.

S: I do the same with my own tail, trying to calm myself down despite all of this, but it's still rather hard, more bubbles escaping me

"Hmm, we're getting there...but it's not quite enough..."

L: I try to hug you as best as I can, starting to blush a little bit, while dolphin 1 thinks about what to do.

Dolphin 1: "...Not really sure what else we could do..."

S: since my bindings were a bit loose on me I was able to hug you back a bit more effectively, it does help me relax a little, less air was being let loose on me

dolphin 2 sees this and smiles a bit, even tho he couldn't think of anything either, then he playfully smirks

Dolphin 2 - "Awwww, look at those 2 reptiles hugging each other like that, even when they are blushing from their need to breathe"

L: Dolphin 1: "Heh, yeah, they're doing everything they can to stay calm in this environment they're not meant for..."

I smile at you during the hug, enjoying this more now that you're not as scared.

S: I slowly start to relax in your embrace, letting out some small bubbles

Dolphin 2 - "There you go! Now the blue one is starting to relax, good on him!"

L: Dolphin 1: "Of course, I don't imagine he's going to be calm for much longer, and the same with the green one."

I nod, as my chest heaves for the first time on this dive and I grunt a little.

S: I grunt a bit louder as my own chest heaves, letting out a cluster of bubbles

dolphin 2 smiles at the two of them starting to struggle a bit

L: Dolphin 1: "Bet you guys wish you could hold your breath as long as we can, huh?"

Me: "Mmhm... Mrgh..." I nod.

S: Me - "Mmhm...blbl!" I was starting to get scared again as my face turns blue

L: Dolphin 1: "Aw, blue guy's getting even more blue now..." He playfully rubs a hand on your puffed cheek.

My face is fully red now, but not quite going blue just yet, as I try my best to relax and not use as much air.

S: I giggle slightly as he did that

dolphin 2 goes over and rubs your chest

Dolphin 2 - "Don't worry, I'll make sure you don't feel as much...hehe"

L: I smile a little again, though now I'm starting to go blue. While my need to breathe is beginning to impact my enjoyment of this a bit, as a burning is beginning in by lungs, it's clear I'm still having fun for now.

Dolphin 1: "Won't be a whole lot longer until you two REALLY start struggling..."

S: I didn't wanna push myself too far, I wiggle in my bindings again

Dolphin 2 - "Seems like someone is getting uncomfortable"

L: Dolphin 1: "Hm, yeah... You want to head back up, blue guy?"

I look over at you to make sure you're okay.

S: I shake my head, wanting to stay here with my friend a little longer

L: Dolphin 1 chuckles out some bubbles. "Fine by me. Just means the show's gonna get even better in a minute or so."

I curl up a little bit in strain, as a few bubbles leave my nose. "Mmm...Mblrbl..."

S: dolphin 2 chuckles out bubbles too

I curl up a bit myself in strain as bubbles leave my nose too

L: Dolphin 1: "I bet you two wish you could get at some of these..." He blows out some bubbles, making sure he's not close enough to either of us that we'd be able to reach them.

I do try to push myself toward the bubbles to breathe them, but I don't even get close. "Mmmm!"

S: however, I managed to reach the bubble and inhale it, my face going back to normal, I managed to save some for you

Dolphin 2 - "What?!?!"

L: I quickly gasp it down before either of the dolphins can stop me, the blue of my face fading back to just a small, normal blush.

Dolphin 1: "Whoops, um... That was more air than I intended... Well, that means we can go even longer now, huh?" He himself is blushing a tiny bit now, both from embarrassment of unintentionally giving us air, and his own need for the air he'd exhaled.

S: Dolphin 2 - "Darn it..."

I giggle out bubbles at that, but I didn't wanna really do this any longer, it was starting to get boring, and I didn't want the dolphins to get any ideas

L: Dolphin 1 picks up on that. "Seems like this isn't quite as exciting for you any more... What about you, green guy?"

I nod, since the novelty of this is starting to wear off a bit.

S: Dolphin 2 to dolphin 1 - "You think we should call it here then?"

I nod my head quickly as I heard that

L: I nod again as well.

Dolphin 1: "Alright, let's stop then." He picks me up and starts bringing me back toward the surface.

S: dolphin 2 picks me up and brings me to the surface as well...once we get there I gasp for breath

Me - "Y-you know, I'll admit...this wasn't that bad... once I was calm enough and you guys went easy on us, I kind of enjoyed it"

L: I lightly gasp as well, not having been under much strain thanks to dolphin 1's mistake. "Yeah, that was a lot of fun!"

Dolphin 1: "Thanks for indulging us on this, guys, that was great!"

S: Dolphin 2 - "Yeah! We appreciate it!" dolphin 2 then starts to untie me so I can move freely

Me - "no problem..."

L: Dolphin 1 unties me as well. "And hey, if you guys aren't busy, maybe we could just hang out together for a while?"

I stretch my arms and legs a bit now that I'm able to move again. "Sure, I'm still free for good amount of time."

S: Me - "Me too, I love that"

Dolphin 2 - "Ok! How about we continue hanging out now then? We don't got anything to do"

L: Me: "Perfect, it'll probably be pretty fun to actually swim with you guys!"

Dolphin 1: "And, all teasing aside, you guys do seem to have pretty good breath holds for being lizards."

S: Dolphin 2 - "I agree"

Me - "Hey thanks! We appreciate that" I give both dolphins a hug
"And thanks for going easy... that's what made this fun for me"

L: Dolphin 1: "No problem. I think I might've actually preferred it that way too."

Me: "Same here, honestly" I hug them too.

S: Dolphin 2 - "Same over here" both of the dolphins hug me and Dan back

Me - "I'm crazy for saying this, but I think I would like to do something like this again sometime, but for now...let's just go for a swim like we originally planned"

L: Me: "Heh, I'd definitely be up for a second round sometime too... But yep, let's just relax for now."

S: Dolphin 2 - "Sounds good, who's up for some tag?"

Me - "Ooh me! Can't be too tired enough for that, and I'll be good swim practice!"

L: Me: "Yeah, that'll be fun! I hope you two plan on holding back for that though, or it'll be a bit one-sided..."

Dolphin 1: "Don't worry, we'll take it easy on you guys."

S: Dolphin 2 - "For sure, anyways" with a smirk, dolphin 2 taps you
"Tag! Your it!"
then swims off

Me - "Oh shoot!" I quickly swim off too

L: Dolphin 1 swims away too, laughing.

Me: "Oh, come on!" I start chasing after you.

S: "You'll never catch me!!" I swim away happily and we spend the rest of the day hanging out and having tons of fun together, playing tag and such
