One day Matt was babysitting little Sam (who he affectionately called my nephew) and that same day Sam wanted to help Matt with some of the housework!
Little Sam decided to put some dirty dishes in the dishwasher...but by mistake he put too much cleaner in it, creating lots and lots of bubbles!
Matt, seeing all the mess, got angry... but then changed his mind and said to the little bunny: "Oh dear! Oh dear! What do we have here? Come on, let's clean everything up!"
This feels like a genuine accident and not knowing what was too much and too little detergent. One of the times that I agree that a spanking is not the answer, but sympathy and gentle guidance.
Also, for a British child of the 90s, "Oh dear, oh dear" in a Yorkshire accent is extremely nostalgic (ChuckleVision)!
