This is v2.0 of a drawing I did in the early oughts. My anthro version of an energetic late-middle-aged cat named Jack who resided at the no-kill shelter I was volunteering at. I redrew him in 2022, hoping to sell it as a random silly laminated image for 5 bux. Instead, I gave it a background the other night~

EDIT (6/29/25): colored the sky & the water a suitable shade of blue and now the pic hits a lil different, IMO~

Something about the style of this, from the theme to the art style to the marker lines, reminds me of French anthro animation like Ernest and Celestine in a really cozy sort of way. :o)
