Because I've seen that there's a whole issue with this, even some women uploading videos complaining that "men aren't what they used to be," in the sense that they no longer feel that "masculine confidence" or something like that. I mean, obviously sexual harassment exists, but what did they expect when we're constantly seeing messages like "making pick-up lines is harassment, if a woman says no then don't insist, etc."... and the fact is that many times they themselves know that the initial refusal is due to shyness or decorum or for the sake of appearances, or even because the woman is playing to see how much interest the other has (I suppose it's one of the many primitive behaviors we humans still have, similar to the typical game of chase, for example, of dogs... or the courtship dance and/or song of birds; the female runs away or ignores them because she's testing the male's athleticism and/or motivation/commitment).

So... it's more or less a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" type situation. Also, running at someone with your dick out sounds like it should be a national sport (if it isn't already), although I'm not sure how the point system would work (maybe something similar to fencing, or jousting...)
Anyhow, in the future, we'll all have QR codes right there on our forheads/genitals, so consent will just be a matter of a quick scan, without all that interpersonal fuss.
