After hearing that Babs was continuously bullying the Crusaders, Applejack had enough and sent her back to Manehattan real quick. Babs' mom got AJ's letter explaining what her daughter did, and concluded that she needed to be punished. She decided that since Babs Seed wanted to act like a little filly and bully her cousin, she would be treated like a filly, and be forced to wear diapers until she can prove that she's mature again.
