The name is pronounced "Su-ru-gay".
Marshadow and Ceruledge have plenty of stuff in common, and both are really cool, so I had the idea a long time ago of making a fusion, though my attempt on it wasn't as good as the sum of its parts. Maybe I'll upgrade the design one day when I know what more I can do. Not sure if I'd have much use for him though, but I hope you like him ^^
