~ To the north of Eios, beyond it's valley's mountain range lies the snow covered arctic plains, an area that is like a second home to Ion, ever since childhood, he and his two friends would adventure to these parts as the great north was surrounded by beauty and mystery. here lied another mountain range in the norther part of the plains though one that looked to be made of pure ice, something that didn't seam natural occurring, even with the extreme cold bestowing down from beyond it's peaks. Ever the curious, this fascinated Ion to no end as one of his life long desires was to see what lies beyond those ice mountains, known locally as the Boreal Wall as from minor accounts and previous expeditions, the area beyond was in a constant state of an arctic snow storm, one that no one currently has been able to penetrate through and make it back alive. To Ion, this storm front also seamed unnatural, like someone, or something, in some way was creating this snowy "wall" to keep others at bay, to hide some sort of secret that was meant to be kept unknown, but he would figure this out, he would eventually cross the Boreal Wall and see what it was hiding. Attempts were made during his early years as a Hunter of the Adventurer Class, though in all expeditions he failed to make any inroads as he couldn't make might of the storm even with his abilities, it seamed like if made progress in one area then another hurdle would show up, like the storm signaling that he was not quite ready yet, though it continued to call him, like a chant in his head he could hear every time he came near to the Boreal Wall, call to him specifically to cross this land and come find the one who lies beyond. It haunted him so through all the years of failure that Ion eventually put a break on this dream as it seamed unattainable, despite doing everything, even awakening as a demon and unlocking himself as a Planar Psynergist, the Boreal Wall still stood tall, still saying he was missing something until he unlocked the power of the Kyuubi and the ability for himself to create storms not just resonate with them, it was here now he was ready to tackle this dream once again. Armed with a new outfit and gear capable of taking on the coldness of the Boreal, with his two friends by his side as Adventurer Hunters, Ion's ninth expedition to the Boreal Wall and beyond is set to take forth, hopefully leading to those new horizons and finally seeing what lies beyond the storm wall and who is at the source of all of it..... ~
