Character Description
Ava is a Langsuir, and is technically an undead. She was born the daughter of a witch, but she always wanted to walk among the world of men. Ava died while she was pregnant with her first child that she had out of wedlock, a tragedy that her mother could not abide by. Knowing her daughter's death was imminent and the stillborn within her was poisoning her body she created a necklace out of batskin to suppress the curse that was to come from such a tragedy.

Background/History
When Ava awoke from her death she realized the child had been removed and her mother was gone. The black choker around her neck keeps her undead nature in check but if it were ever broken she would revert back into the monster she was before she was saved. She still requires blood in order to survive so she often barters what she can for some from anyone willing to sell some.
