I recently watched this vid of an irl cosplayer dressing up as Kuromi in a really well designed Halloween costume from recently that was uploaded on the official Hello Kitty channel (I forgot I followed them from some years back and missed a lot of notifs from them). I saw this costume and really wanted to draw her in it. I like this design a lot. I made just a couple changes to her like adding leggings and re-directing the stripes on her dress.
