guessing how it works is it gives the user a masive temporary surge of power...the diffrence between sucsess and failure is being able to make a portion of that power your own, if you sucseed when it wears off your overall power goes up forever, if you fail it at best will leave the users leylines scorched and useless, at worst it may literaly burn them alive from the inside cause there body simply could not handle it....willing to bet 90 percent of knights use the weaker 'morning dew' varient of this as it likely has a much higher survival rate even if a lower final boost, this is the most powerfull version so ....yeah
