Cancer was a member of the Zodiac Council who plotted a coup against their leader. He took advantage of Copter's insecurity, convincing him to join the council as Aries.
He is a technomancer, able to control machines, including badniks. He would often use a Crabmeat to sneak about.
Ophiuchus killed him in their last encounter. Copter then encountered Cancer in the Shatterverse, running a battle arena simply called "The Ring." He was killed once again when a hydra Doomling landed on top of him.
Sooo... yeah, he's dead. I just had art made of him for completeness.
