Capricorn is a Ferret Divine, a member of the Zodiac Council of Divine Masters. She was one of Ophiuchus' enforcers, keeping a strict eye on the timeline to ensure nothing happened that was against her master's designs.
Her real name was apparently Felicia, and there's some speculation that she may have been Fera's mother, but that is yet unconfirmed.
