Character Description
Stormy is one creative Toon. He is well-known among the others for his love of poetry. Don't let his gloomy look fool you, though. Stormy is quite nice and caring, even for his friends.
Personality
Much like Boxten, Stormy is terribly shy and pessimistic most of them time. Luckily enough, he doesn't show this type of attitude enough to be considered such, usually because he's often helping out with the other Toons and just living the best life possible. He often takes pride in his own appearance, but is actually very wrapped up in being, as he says, "free as a bird". However, there are times when he gets a tad bit too protective of the other Toons, mostly because of his usual bird instincts kicking in whenever they shouldn't.
Despite his introverted and shy character, Stormy is a kind and caring soul with a heart of gold and is never one to leave a friend. He's also quick to anger and won't hesitate to snap when provoked, mostly if Shrimpo annoys him. Stormy's biggest flaw is his unreadable memory of who he was or where he came from. Stormy somewhat has a great relationship with his handlers, though.

Body
Stormy as he's an adult, is a Toon that is almost the same height as Scraps. Overall, his appearance is actually one based off of a Magpie, hence the white area on his face. He has a set of two large ear tufts that poke out from the sides of his head with piercings in the left ear. Each of his hands are fluffy with golden yellow claws with his talons being the same color. Stormy also sports a white underbelly, but it's just a circle that surrounds his stomach.
Stormy has a set of large wings that have a light gray and ash colored plumage, and his entire body is charcoal black. He sports only one set of bangs that almost obscure his right eye. His tail is also quite short with white underneath.
His Twisted form takes on a more dragon-like appearance despite being based off of a bird, with his eyes being the same as every other Twisted.
Clothing
Stormy doesn't wear any clothes, but whenever possible, he wears a dark red jacket.
Accessories
Stormy's trinket is a small egg, which can help with extraction speed and stamina.
