Honestly if I didn't know better I'd say that was just Neptune's normal digs. They work great on her! Very cute Nepgearboot stomps, they're perfect for the job as repeatedly proven many times over by now. Cute Nepantsu (The hoodie is the gift that keeps on giving) and Gearconfusion hahaha.
