IT's measure day for Gussy, and he can't wait to show how bigger he became. It's been years since he's with Annie and Arthur, and he couldn't wait for this day arrive!

Would be a shame that he takes longer to grow up due his regression, but by now Annie knows how to keep him happy, he might not even notice it.

It's been 3 years since htey started measuring... Annie knows how to distract him =) maybe he just grew up some 0.00010cm? it's a progress, right?

Doesn’t even notice there have been no attempts at potty training either.

yeps. his potty training attempts were reduced to "sit on a potty with his diaper on, while his big brother uses the regular toilet. He may get pouty, but all it needs is a cuddly voice at him and he giggles a lot
