Day 19 of CuteGirlTober2024 turned fashion study - Gamer

Which meant I absolutely had to do a gamer girl. Which, apparently is also known as kawaii gamer for the aesthetic. While of course you have girls who are gamers, the term "gamer girl" often refers to specifically very feminine girls gaming. Seen as a bit of a push-back, in a sense, to an otherwise very masculine seen hobby/environment. Lots of cute and pinks and such, even if it's CoD they're playing, lol.

I ended up going for a mix of the feminine while also thinking about what a more typical gamer girl would look like. Which meant cute lounge attire, haha. So oversized hoodie (though it didn't end up as oversized as I intended, though still works) and lounge shorts. I did keep the classic cat eared headphones. Partly because it's a hallmark of the style many times and partly because putting cat ears on a cat is funny to me. XD Though it's a little wonky looking since I wanted the headphones to actually be at her ears, not just where her ears would be if she were human.

Speaking of ears, yes, they do look a little strange. The animal girl this time is an American Curl kitty. They're a type of cat who's ears kinda curl backwards almost like lil' horns. Super cute.

And yes, the pose isn't super cutesy. But let's be real, most of your gamer girls are probably in similar goblin-esque poses. With 10 cans of energy drinks, haha.

(And please ignore the terrible chair sketch. It was put in real quick because it looked like she was weirdly floating or doing yoga or something. But I didn't want to draw an actual gaming chair, lol.)
