If you're ever out in the deserts of Northamer, chances are you may see a green creature hustling along in a black coat, tending to those in need. This odd creature that looks like a hedgehog is a bona-fide living cactus! Plant sapients, just like cloud sapients, form when energy is concentrated in organic, non-living matter, and it takes to take on a shape reminiscent of a creature of similar properties.
Most cactus sapients tend to look like hedgehogs, porcupines, or echidnas, copying their spines. But they are all plant, and as such act like cold-blooded creatures. Tsah needs to absorb light and heat to move, so he goes barefoot to take in heat from the sand, insulating his body with the puffy jacket.
Tsah works with hospitals around the region, carrying supplies on a tab, which is paid off from part of the bills patients pay. Being a plant, he doesn't need much in anything otherwise.
