Silver and Vikki have managed to get away for a little alone time from their son (who is probably engrossed with some video game). What better to do on a beautiful, warm Autumn evening than to have a picnic in a secluded corner of their property, overlooking the lake? Vikki looks to be the better dancer, but what's obvious is that even after 16 years together they are still very much in love.
I seem to remember you doing a page or two before the last arc showing her wearing it. I know it's got to be difficult to realize you've got to live your life minus an important part of your body and not everyone can handle it. The fact that Vikki has been able to do so (possibly with Silver's assistance and insistence) shows how much she's grown.
