Pakal was sent by his parents to patrol the island while they and the rest of the adults performed the egg blessing ceremony. During these times, he gets to explore and learn the layout of Angel Island, and he's still discovering new things to this day, just as his father once did when he was his age.

But on this exploration, Pakal finds something he never would've expected. As he glides down and lands in a lagoon heavily covered with foliage, he discovers someone laying unconscious on the forest floor, beaten and bloodied from an encounter with...something.

Quickly assessing the situation, Pakal concludes that whoever this person is, they're still alive. The best thing to do now is to bring them back to the shrine and try to get this person some help. Hopefully it isn't too late.

The Mochaverse isn't all sunshine and rainbows. After all, this is still Mobius, and in a world where Sonic the Hedgehog exists, there's bound to be trouble eventually. The only question now is...what happened?
