What happens with a revenge plan gone wrong? Well, Gear knows! This scruffy cutie is the son of Scourge the Hedgehog, who mysteriously survived the Super Genesis Wave, and proceeded to force Uncle Chuck to carry a child.
However, Chuck was over the moon with the pregnancy and raised the child as his own, rather than abandoning him the way Scourge hoped. This bond was only reinforced when Sonic married Chuck officially, becoming his second dad, another thorn in Scourge's side.
Gear tries to follow in Chuck's footsteps but his tinkering tends to break more than improve... thankfully his boyfriend is better at fixing things and can help him out, even if his boyfriend is also one of Sonic's kids from a fling with Spike, making the relationship tree a little twisted.
