As if on cue, a holographic projection of a fox with a green flight suit and a calm, confident demeanor appeared in front of them. “Welcome aboard the Great Fox,” he said. “I’m Fox McCloud. You must be Team Lilac.”
“Nice to meet you, Fox!” Lilac said, stepping forward. “We’re here on a mission to stabilize our world. We’ve been collecting shards from different realities.”
Fox nodded. “We’ve been tracking unusual energy spikes across the galaxy. If your world’s involved, we want to help.”
As the group explained their mission, Fox introduced his crew: Falco Lombardi, a sharp-tongued ace pilot; Peppy Hare, the team’s veteran advisor; and Slippy Toad, the tech genius. Together, they plotted a course toward the shard’s signal, which was emanating from a nearby asteroid field.

Back in Avalice, Miyu stood before the Kingdom Stone, its radiant energy illuminating the cavern where it had been hidden for centuries. Her soldiers had unearthed the ancient artifact, its crystalline surface pulsating with immense power.
“At last,” Miyu said, her voice laced with triumph. “The Kingdom Stone is mine.”
One of her commanders approached. “What are your orders, Supreme Commander?”
Miyu gazed at the stone, her eyes narrowing. “Its power is too great to risk leaving on Avalice. We’re taking it into space. From there, I’ll reshape Avalice—and any world that dares stand against me.”
Her forces quickly mobilized, constructing a massive space station to house the Kingdom Stone. As the station came online, Miyu watched from the command center, her smirk growing wider. “Let’s see Team Lilac try to stop me now.”

### **Section 3: The Shard’s Keeper**
Aboard the Great Fox, Fox McCloud piloted the ship into the asteroid field, weaving through debris and avoiding collisions. “The shard’s signal is coming from that massive asteroid ahead,” he said, pointing to a glowing rock surrounded by smaller floating debris.
“Looks like something’s guarding it,” Falco said, eyeing the radar. “Get ready for a fight.”
As the Great Fox approached, a mechanical dragon burst from the asteroid’s surface, its metallic wings unfurling as it roared. The shard was embedded in its chest, its energy amplifying the dragon’s destructive power.
“Looks like we’ve got our work cut out for us,” Carol said, cracking her knuckles.
The team quickly boarded Arwings—small, nimble spacecraft provided by the Star Fox team. Fox and Falco led the charge, while Lilac, Carol, Milla, and Neera used their own unique skills to support the battle.
The mechanical dragon unleashed waves of energy blasts and sharp projectiles, forcing the team to stay on their toes. Lilac used her speed to dodge incoming attacks, while Neera’s precision strikes targeted the dragon’s joints. Milla tossed her energy cubes, creating explosions that disrupted its movements.
“Focus on the shard!” Fox called out, his Arwing strafing the dragon’s side. “That’s its power source!”
Carol flew close to the dragon, her Arwing’s weapons blazing. “Come on, you overgrown toaster! Let’s see what you’ve got!”
Lilac, with a well-timed boost, struck the shard directly with a charged attack, causing the dragon to falter. With the team’s combined efforts, the shard was finally dislodged, and the dragon exploded in a dazzling display of sparks.

As the group prepared to leave, Falco smirked. “Try not to get yourselves killed out there, all right?”
Peppy chuckled. “And remember—always trust your instincts.”
With the shard secured, Torque’s device activated another portal, and Team Lilac stepped through, ready for their next challenge.
