I've been learning German for a few months now, and though I'm nowhere near fluency, I know a bit.

My autopsy will be later this afternoon, closer to the evening, because I need to get a walk in before I lose what fitness I currently have.

The German translates roughly to: "My ancestor is Von Richtofen!" "The femboy"

Von Richtofen referring to Manfred Von Richtofen, naturally.

i have this silly notion where i learn another language simply by osmosis. Little things like this. Eventually I'll be able to communicate but there will be a reason for me to slow down and a reason for others do endure, as I don't really know the language.

seems a requirement.

I have heard of learning a language through observation, and it is good for learning words, but I myself probably couldn't go much further than mere words. It is through studying it that I learn best, as with a lot of other things, I suppose.

As it turns out, my German is grammatically correct (or the Germans I showed it to didn't have the heart to correct me anyway), and it seems to be a hit with the Germans.
