Appearance-wise, Cirrus has much longer whiskers that are a gold color, the spikes on his back have spirals in them, and his horns are longer and have branches on them akin to the seven-branched sword. Said horns are actually similar to his originals, though those had only 5 branches.
In addition to heightened durability and speed - his speed record like this being a bit above Mach 4 - his super form gives him access to a fourth size: 10X. At 410 feet long and 30 feet thick, this size makes him longer than the world's biggest tree is tall! Here he can be seen towering over a forest of them, a type of tree called a coastal redwood.
UPDATE: Decided to make a quick description of a hyper form for him, which uses the super emeralds.
His body's colors become much lighter, his top speed goes all the way to Mach 12, and he can become 100X his normal size.
