It turns out that when a Swift Fox lady comes for an afternoon visit but she's a girls' size 12 when she arrives and her underthings won't stay on, Seamstress Star can find a fabric that suits her and whip up a tulle dress like her own and Luna's in half an hour . The underthings are not so easy to fix, but she will simply send the boys down to the basement to play a game or whatever and go commando in solidarity.
All the girls seem to appreciate the views they are getting along with the cheesecake and lemonade. And tweens being naturally curious, once they've exceeded their daily recommended sugar intake they will surely have to investigate that strange bag behind the bushes. Momma Star probably knows what it is, but she sees no reason to stop them.

if the cheesecake is phili style from a distance visualy they would be virtualy identicle, only when you get close up could you tell, for one the smell of key lime pie gives the game away, for another it tens to be a bit more gel then custard so it has a shinier look up close when its not covered in either whiped cream or mereign, which is common

What an utterly charming scene, made even more delightful by your little description for it. I love the thought of Mamma Star whipping up a cute little dress for a suddenly age-shifted vixn, and her and Luna both going commando in solidarity. What a sweet gesture, and such fun, too! And you already know I adore the picture! The pie looks so tasty, the twined tails so cute - as is Luna feeding Grace pie - and it's just a gorgeous picture of our gorgeous threesome. All that, and a mystery to be solved by the tree, too! I'm sure the girls will have lots of fun finding out what that's all about!
As for why the sudden age shift, well, one can only stay the affects of a divine curse for so long before it catches up to you, and Grace is overdue. Plus, it always seems to trigger whenever it would be the most embarrassing for her. Or the most fun!
