Luna Finds Her Mark (Saucy)
Sparkle Star never knew that being adult with a loving family could be this joyful, or that being little Luna's mother would be the best part.

(Yes, this is DaisyTheDingo's fursona which they had to give up for adoption for life reasons, and now she is married to Ti and Sie and Jalka. I'll let you guess who the baby daddy is).

Art and one more hybrid design by Saucy. This is how Star looked before:

Actually we know that Ti and Star are exactly the same age:

But Ti is taller now. That makes him happy because boys are silly that way.

Gosh, who, oh who, could that baby daddy be? I wonder...

These two are just adorable, though, and I'm glad Star ended up in a loving family, and with someone who will look after her as a character, too. It's nice to see that little family grow, too, and Saucy has done such a wonderful job with this lovely little piece. I love the kiddo's little flower crown, and the peaceful feel of the sun-speckled meadow all around them.

This is a beautiful picture of Star and her kit, and the title is just perfect for it, too. I love how happy they look together, and it's wonderful she's been brought into the family where she can be happy and loved. It's kinda cool to see her all grown up, too!

Ti and Sie may or may not have found a few interesting pics in Tia's old phone.
Ti and Sie may or may not have spent some time courting her since busty shortstacks are <3, and sexy as Jalka is, she's not a busty shortstack. But they may or may not have had to ask Jalka to explain about those alternate Wednesdays in the playroom and why there's a cloner in the shed before she understood. She probably won't be joining, but she may watch. (World building here).

For some reason I thought that Star had adult forms already, or at least older teen, but no. So I had to remedy that. And who else to help with the kid than Saucy? He has more or less designed all of the family by now.

Given what her past was like (of which I may or may not have had several hands in), this is a shockingly wholesome and welcome surprise for Sparkle Star. Though I have clearly been out of the loop for some time if I'm just now finding out she was given up for adoption...

I have to admit that I never went back to look at Star's early history before the question of adoption came up, and some of the things I found were not exactly compatible with a healthy childhood. I'm sure Star's creator had their reasons and I hope it helped them to let Star experience those things, but I just saw a girl who needed to grow up and have a happy childhood, so to speak.

(And yes, I let things happen to my Panda girls when they were tweens, and of course there are personal reasons. And indeed they needed to grow up and have a happy family. With a bit of snuff and necro on alternate Wednesdays when the kids are sleeping at the grandparents', but Star will probably not be playing).

I'm just messing around. This is the furry world; realism need not apply here. Your panda girls are a prime example of that. I think it's a fine redesign for what has become a legacy character around these parts.

Sure, and I didn't take it as an attack. But it is something I've been thinking about: even though we don't have to be realistic, it's hard to keep from taking a recurring theme in a character's life as something that their owner needs to work through, and real life knowledge does indeed make it a unexpected that a character like Star manages to find a happy adulthood.

But on the other hand, I as the author can compensate for my general inability to make the real world better, exactly by giving Star a better destiny.
