You can loop videos by clicking "download" to open them in a new tab, then right click the video there and click "loop", then they'll loop when you playback.

Do they allow the upload of APNG? That would resolve most of those issues I think - most browsers support it, it's just a matter of whether IB has the tech to allow it to be uploaded.
