Panels 4 and 6 are presented in "Gwendovision". A few of you guessed correctly on the previous page that the beaver soldiers' armor is what blocked Gwendolyn's magic from alerting her to their presence.
Gwendoyn's elemental magic is tied to her very powerful 'witch's sense', which allows her to interact magically with the physical natural world. Anything that doesn't occur naturally can throw her magic sense into disarray as she has described above. Below are some examples that we can relate to with our own senses.
Sight.
-An M.C. Escher painting, especially if you were placed inside one somehow.
-A loss of depth perception, like from extreme heights or looking through water.
Hearing.
-Frequencies outside of our normal hearing range.
-Physical pressure on your eardrums, water in your ears. Your eardrums are meant to detect sound, not be physically touched.
Touch.
-Scraping your nails on a chalkboard or something similar. The sensation doesn't hurt, but it's extremely uncomfortable.
-Being tickled to the point of discomfort.
Taste
-Try tasting anything that isn't food. It might not taste bad, but it'll taste 'wrong'.
Smell
-Same with taste. Plastics, rubber tires, gasoline, etc. I find the smell of the hydraulic fluid used in aircraft braking systems particularly disgusting.
