It has been a while since I commission a picture of my spouse's lovely sona, Avora. We're still fleshing her out as a character and what we'd like to do with her in a novel series. However, one thing that keeps coming back is her love of the oceans and marine life. So, when I saw this YCH contemplating the majestic beauty of the sea, I had to get it. It also made me realize something - a big major world-building aspect of Avora's universe will revolve around water and the oceans. We're slowing building a mythos that could involve lore that centers around this vast body of water. Slowly, but surely constructing the next series with this endearing character at its center.
