Background: Hugh Holland was born in London during the cold of December. He was the firstborn son to his mother Agatha and his father William. Hugh was born with White Hair and Blue Eyes.

Hugh was Born in England, but his Family Moved to Japan after his Father accepted a Job as a member of the Hero Public Safety Commission. After he turned 5, Hugh acquired a Quirk which allowed him to create black colored Hail from his palms.

Hugh often had fun with his Quirk, using to prank other Kids, though his Father taught him to Use his Quirk in the hopes of one day Becoming a Pro Hero. After obtaining his Quirk, Hugh was Trained by the Public Safety Commission and received Counseling.

Some Months Before his 7th Birthday, Hugh’s Parents had another Child. A girl named Piper. Piper proved to be more difficult as she got older, But also intelligent. She started using a Computer by the time she was 4. Piper was always on Social Media, making friends and bragging if things didn’t go her way or if something went wrong.

In his Childhood, Hugh made a friend, Nakatomi Kaemon, though he was a year younger. After many Years of training, Hugh Took the U.A Entrance Exam and got accepted into U.A Highs Hero Course.

Hugh Trained hard, made lots of friends and made a cool Hero Costume with colors that resembled his Hair and Hail. Hugh Got his Provisional Hero License during his First Year and worked alongside The Pro Endeavor during his Internship and Work Study. He did manage to spend time with Kaemon whenever he Could.

For his Hero Name, Hugh wanted to be Called Hailstorm. Most of the other Studnets called him by his nickname Hails or his last name. When Hugh Started his Second Year at U.A, Kaemon began as a First Year. The Two of them were able to spend a little more time together, Especially when they moved into dorms later that year.

While Hugh was Working to be a Hero, he was dealing with his sisters Drama. Piper would call him on occasions, complaining about a not-so embarrassing pic of her online or a friend unfollowing her for no reason and other friends having more subscribers than her.

Hailstorm had taken Down Villains, Helped against Humarise to stop the Trigger Bomb Detonations and fought in the Liberation war, but the greatest of Battles were yet to come.
