Either Pepe Le Pew used a perfume that made him grow in size or Penelope Pussycat used another perfume that does the opposite effect. One thing's for certain, Pepe's gonna have a lot of fun with teeny tiny Penelope squished underneath his massive plompers. Even I couldn't tell that Penelope herself is either terrified or excited, or both at the same time.
