Introducing - Charlotte the skunk!
She's a dictator in training, and not just in the sense you're thinking of.

Often referred to as the 72 Cannon Skunk, due to her stockpiling of bottle rockets and cap guns, Charlotte only wants one thing in life - power. She is willing to do whatever it takes to crush any opposition, and will ensure nothing less than total victory.
