So, there's a classic piece of Japanese artwork called Kintoki Wrestling with a Black Bear, which reminded me of a certain other gent who likes to scrap with dangerous wildlife. This drawing was the end result. You get bonus points if you can read the kanji in the corners! (I sure can't. You'd better believe I leaned on Google Translate HARD for this one.)

I can't tell if this is actually traditional on canvas or not x__x
Either way, you really nailed the style and it's pretty funny. I get the feeling wrestling a bear isn't as fun as it sounds though...

The canvas is courtesy of The Gimp, with some age spots added to make it more tangible.

Also, yeah, I don't think actually fighting a bear would be a lot of fun. I remember watching a television show where a couple of people were trying to load a sun bear into a truck. Despite being the smallest of the bear species, about the size of a large dog, it still did NOT make it easy for them.
