Dr. Buck "Bucky" Stein is the creator of Copter, Punchy, and all the other GeneX Experiments. He was originally a human scientist aboard Space Colony ARK, but a lab accident turned him into a rat, gave him electric powers, and also halted his aging. He's a mad scientist, but ultimately a good man.
