One day, Beau was at the Callaway house, hanging out with Ajax, Crystal, Kira, Norman, and Patty outside. They were talking about life and other stuff. Suddenly, Beau nudged Ajax. “Hm? Is something wrong?” Ajax asked, turning to face him. “Um, w-well, no, but…” Beau was squirming and looking down, which was enough for Ajax to put 2 and 2 together. “Ah, I see. Do you need me to show you where the bathroom is?” He whispered. Beau nodded. “Yes, please. I had too much soda earlier.” He then blushed and covered his mouth. “Err, forget I said that.” Ajax just chuckled. “No worries, babe.” Ajax kissed his cheek and stood up. “Hey, guys, I’ll be right back.” He said, helping Beau up. “Where are you going?” Crystal asked. “I’m showing Beau where the bathroom is. Be right back.” Ajax and Beau headed into the house and Ajax led him to the bathroom. “Here it is. I’ll be outside with the others, okay? Unless you want me to wait out here.” Ajax said, smiling warmly. “No, no, that’s okay. I appreciate the offer though.” Beau said. Ajax nodded. “Take your time, love.” He walked off, his tail wagging behind him, which Beau couldn’t help watching. “Heh, I got lucky.” Beau chuckled. As he did his business, he thought more about how he and Ajax met. But that’s literally a story for another day. After washing his paws, he headed out and passed by the Gen 1 room. He looked inside and saw a small dog plushy, which he found cute. He knew it was a bad idea, but he entered the room and walked over to the bed on which the plushy was sitting. He picked it up and hugged it. “It’s so soft and cute.” He looked at the bed and studied the bedding, but he couldn’t tell what color it was. Suddenly, he heard Bolt and River talking and it sounded like they were getting closer. Panicking, he dropped the plushy and hid in the closet. As he closed the door, the light came on. “Alright, Mister I’m-A-Master-At-Card-Games, let’s see if you’re as good as you say,” Bolt said. “Oh, trust me, I am. You don’t stand a chance, little brother.” River laughed. “Don’t get cocky, dude, because I might win, so I hope you’re ready to- huh?” Bolt said, walking to his bed. “What? Oh, your dog thing fell, huh?” River chuckled. “It is not a ‘dog thing’, asshole. He may not have a name, but he deserves some respect.” Bolt snapped. Beau had almost been relieved when he found out it was Bolt’s bed the dog plush was on, but the snapping made him nervous. “Dude, I was joking,” River said, stepping back. “I know, I was too. Did you think I was being serious?” Bolt asked, setting the dog plush on the bed. “Uh… yeah. I did.” River said, crossing his arms. “Oh, well, sorry.” Bolt chuckled, scratching his head. Beau couldn’t blame River since he thought Bolt was serious too. But he couldn’t say or do anything until they left. ”Whatever, let’s just get started, okay?” River said, grabbing the deck of cards. He set them on his bed, which was much tidier than Bolt’s. Bolt watched with a smile. “Ready to lose your title, Fish Boy?” He chuckled. “Ready to get your ass beat when I wipe the floor with you, No-Tail?” River snapped back. Beau almost wanted to cry. He knew it would be a while before he could leave. Luckily, he had charged his phone earlier, so he wouldn’t be bored. He began playing some games with the volume down while Bolt and River began their game. After a while, things weren’t looking good for Bolt, much to his disappointment. “Shit, this is harder than I thought.” He mumbled. “What was that?” River smirked. “Nothing. Shut up.” Bolt growled. “Heh, like I said, you don’t stand a chance. Look, if you wanna give us, I won’t blame you. Hell, if you give up now, you won’t have to deal with the consequence of losing.” River chuckled. “Cocky bastard,” Bolt said, his ears folded. Suddenly, Beau’s phone vibrated, which nearly made him yelp. “Wait, did you hear that?” Bolt said, looking around. “Hear what?” River said, looking annoyed. “I dunno, it sounded like a vibration and whimper.” Bolt said, looking confused. “All I hear is your sorry ass stalling because you know you’re gonna lose.” River said, glaring at him. “No, seriously, I-” “I don’t care, Bolt.” River snapped. “You can deal with it later.” Bolt growled. “Fuck…” Beau was relieved that River dismissed Bolt’s claims, but was also nervous that Bolt heard him after all. He looked at his phone and saw a message from Ajax that said,
“Where are you? I checked the bathroom, but you weren’t there.”
Beau was very nervous, but couldn’t think of an excuse.
“I’m in the closet.” He sent it back.
He waited a bit after setting his phone to silence. A minute later, he got another message back.
“Dude, I know you’re gay. We’re literally dating. If you’re done in the bathroom, come on outside.”
Beau said and sent back a message.
“No, I mean I’m literally in a closet. I’m in your brothers’ room and I can’t leave because Bolt and River are playing some kind of card game. I dunno what to do.”
He waited a bit before he got a message back.
“Why were you in there? I thought you said you needed to use the bathroom.”
Beau sent back. “I did, but it’s a long story. I’ll tell you after I get out of here.”
Soon enough, they set their cards down. “Two of a kind against a three-pair? That means…” Bolt laughed. “That means I won after all since it seems like you don’t have any more chips to bet.” River growled. “That’s bullshit.” As they cleaned up the cards, they talked about what happened. “Fine, you win. But I refuse to let you spank me.” River snapped. “You have to. We agree that the winner would spank the loser. I’m the winner, so-” “I know what we agreed on. It doesn’t matter.” River said. Just then, Blaze entered the room. “What are you two arguing about?” He said, crossing his arms. “River and I were playing poker and we agreed that the winner would spank the loser. River is mad that I won because that means I get to spank him.” “Yeah, but I’m older, so you don’t get to.” Blaze nodded. “Right, so is this something you both agreed on?” Bolt nodded. “Yes, we both agreed.” “Yeah, we did,” River said. Blaze shrugged. “I don’t see the problem. River, since you agreed to the term of consequence upon losing the game, you have to accept it. As such, since you lost the game, you’ll have to accept a spanking from Bolt.” River looked shocked. “What? But-” “But nothing. Rules are rules.” Bolt smiled. “You heard him.” He chuckled, putting his legs out. “Over my lap,” River growled. “Fine…” He bent over Bolt’s lap, his face bright red from embarrassment. “Bolt, don’t go crazy, okay? Be reasonable about it.” “Okay, I will.” Blaze then left. Beau was stunned. He had wanted to leave the closet, but now, he was curious, so he put his phone away. “Are you ready, River?” Bolt asked, rubbing his butt. “No, but go ahead. It’s not like I really have a choice.” Bolt shrugged. “Sorry, dude, but you knew what you were getting into. And don’t worry, we’ll keep this between us. I’m not that mean.” He then delivered a powerful smack to River’s bottom. “Ow, fuck,” He yelped. “Ah, swearing, are we?” Bolt teased. “Sorry, it’s just… that really fucking hurt,” River mumbled. Bolt then smacked River’s bottom again. “Your butt jiggles a lot when I smack it,” Bolt said. “Shut up. This isn’t for your pleasure, asshole.” Beau felt his nose start to bleed but wiped it with the sleeve of his hoodie. Bolt began quickly smacking River’s bottom as the Vapreon whimpered and whined. He fought hard to keep from crying but kept still as best as he could. Bolt’s paw hurt far more than he expected and he hadn’t prepared for it. Beau knew he shouldn’t be watching, but since he was stuck in the closet, he couldn’t help it. By the end of the spanking, River’s face was bright red with tears still running down his cheeks. “Alright, hop up,” Bolt said. River stood up, his legs wobbling. “Ow, ow, ow…” He sniffles. “Fuck, it hurts.” He whimpered loudly. “I know and I’m sorry.” Bolt stood up and hugged him. River hugged him back, sniffling. “Are you alright? Was I too hard?” Bolt asked, rubbing River’s butt. “N-no, no, you did fine. And yeah, I’ll be fine. I just don’t know how I’m gonna hide my butt until the redness goes away.” River said. “Just wrap your hoodie around your waist,” Bolt said. “Right, that could work.” They pulled away from the hug and River went to grab his hoodie from his dresser. He grabbed it and wrapped it around his waist. “D-does it cover my butt? Can you see the redness?” He asked. “No, it actually covers it just fine. Hell, I wouldn’t be able to tell if I weren’t the one to spank you. Fuck, I kinda feel bad now.” Bolt shuffled his feet. “Here, I’ll let you spank me.” River shook his head. “I-I don’t really feel like it. Besides, it was a fair game.” Bolt nodded. “I need to go.” River said, walking out of the room. Bolt nodded and sat on his bed. As soon as River was gone, Bolt sighed and looked at the closet. “Come on out. I know you’re in there.” Beau’s heart dropped. He reluctantly opened the door and stepped out. Bolt’s face changed from disappointment to shock. “Beau? What were you doing in there?” “How did you know I was in there?” Beau asked. “I didn’t. Well, I didn’t know you were in there. I thought Norman was in there. He likes to hide in the closets and watch what other people are doing.” Bolt said, standing up. “You haven’t answered my question. Why were you in the closet?” Beau started to tear up. “I-I’m so sorry. I just needed to use the bathroom and when I passed by your room, I saw a really cute dog plush and thought it was cute. I couldn’t help myself. But when I heard you guys coming, I panicked and hid in the closet because I didn’t want to get in trouble.” He explained. Bolt nodded. “So you were watching us?” Beau shook his head. “N-no, I wasn’t. I just…” He didn’t know what to say. Bolt waved him over. “Maybe I should spank you too since you came into my room without permission and were watching us.” Beau shook his head. “No, please, I won’t do it again, I swear.” He was fully crying at this point. Bolt hugged him. “Hey, hey, hey, it’s okay, buddy, I was just joking. You know I’d never do that.” He rubbed Beau’s back, trying to calm the Oshawott down. “Look at me.” Beau wiped his eyes and looked at Bolt. “You’re not in trouble and I’m not going punish you.” He said. “Really?” Beau asked. “Of course. Hell, if I did spank you, Ajax would rip my ear off.” Bolt somewhat chuckled. “Heh, I bet he can be pretty mean sometimes. I just hope he doesn’t yell at you because of me.” Bolt shook his head. “No, I mean he’ll literally rip my ear off. Remember a few months ago when Blaze tapped you on the butt for making a joke about something. I can’t remember what it was.” Beau nodded. “Y-yeah. I remember.” “Well, after you left, Ajax attacked him. It took me, River, Ella, Jet, and Crystal to pry him off. He was out for blood.” Bolt shuddered. “Ever since that day, I try not to piss him off too much. But from what Crystal told me, it’s because of some girl you knew.” Beau nodded. “Yeah, her name was Norah. She was my old girlfriend and she… wasn’t nice. Ajax hates her because she used to hit me and yell at me. Crystal even threatened to kill her.” Beau looked at the floor. “I don’t want him or Crystal to hurt her. I know she’s a bad person, but she doesn’t deserve to suffer.” Bolt nodded. “Right, I heard about this Norah girl. She sounds like bad news.” Beau kept quiet. “Here, why don’t you go back outside?” Bolt said. Beau nodded and left. When he got outside, Ajax ran over to him. “Beau!” He yelled. “What happened? Are you okay?” He asked, hugging him. “I-I’m okay. I managed to get out of the closet somehow.” “That’s good. Here, come on, join the fun.” They walked back to the others and joined back in on the fun. After a while, they were talking and laughing until Patty spoke up. “Hey, you okay, little man?” She asked, looking at Beau. He looked up. “Huh? Oh, um… y-yeah, I’m fine.” “Why are you crying? Is something wrong?” Patty asked. “I’m fine. Just… got something on my mind.” Beau said, fiddling with the string of his hoodie. “What’s wrong, bud? You seem upset.” Kira chimed in. “Well, I don’t want to bring the mood down.” Beau said. “Little man, if something is bothering you, then it’s okay. We’re all here to help you if you need us.” Patty said, rubbing Beau’s paw. “Well, I was talking to Bolt, and… we kinda talked a bit about s-someone, which brought back some memories…” He said. “Who was it?” Ajax asked. Beau took a deep breath
“Norah…”
