Smokey was sitting in class, bored out of his mind. He woke up late that day, so he didn’t have time to get high, which was a blessing in disguise, since his teacher was extra vigilant that day. He was sitting with another of his friends, a Minccino named Stasher, both of whom were being closely watched by their teacher, since she knew what kind of students they were. Just like Smokey, Stasher also overslept, so they both had to attend class sober. However, they had made plans to hang out that night as Julius and Noah both had work and wouldn’t be home. After what felt like forever of working on assignments Smokey and Stasher hadn’t studied, the bell rang and they were free to leave. “Man, that class was too damn long, dude. It felt like we were in there for hours,” Stasher groaned, stretching. “God, it really did. Who the hell knows how long we were in there.” Smokey groaned, scratching his butt. “Meh… anyway, is there anything we should grab before we head to your dorm?” Stasher asked. “Uh… well, we need snacks. Maybe we can go grab some at the store down the road.” Stasher chuckled. “Alright, sounds good. Wait, I don’t have any money on me.” “Neither do I. That’s why we’re gonna drop by our dorms and grab some cash to get the snacks and stuff.” Smokey stated. “Oh…” Stasher said, nodding. “Okay then. That makes sense. Yeah, sorry, I’m still kinda half-asleep.” “Don’t worry about it, dude. Let’s just go grab our snacks. I know how you get when you’re stoned.” Smokey laughed. “Shit, did Theo tell you about that?” Stasher mumbled, biting his fingers. “No, but he told Noah, who then told Julius, who then told me,” Smokey said, shrugging. “God, so we all got wrapped into some kinda game of Telephone?” Stasher asked. “I guess so. I mean, it’s not like he knows who to keep a secret.” “Trust me, he can’t. He fucking loves to gossip because of his mother and sister.” Stasher growled, putting his paws in his pockets. “Don’t worry about it. Tonight is a night for us—you and me. And unlike Theo, I can keep a secret. Trust me, I’m even keeping secrets from Julius and Noah, some of which are their own secrets.” Smokey said. “What? How does that work?” Stasher asked, raising an eyebrow. “Simple. I’m keeping the fact that I know their secrets a secret of itself.” Smokey chuckled. “Oh, so you’re turning their secrets into your own because they don’t know that you secretly know their secrets, which would make the fact that you know their secrets a secret of your own because they don’t-” “Yes, that’s exactly what it means, dude, yes.” Smokey said, hiding a smile. “I think I understand,” Stasher said. “Good. Now let’s go get our stuff.” Smokey said, running off. “Hey, wait up, dude,” Stasher said, running after him. “I hate my stupid fucking legs. They’re too short.” Smokey just laughed and said, “In that case, it wouldn’t be fair to challenge you to a race, would it?” He then ran on all fours, which made him faster. “Goddamn it, Smokey.” Stasher then ran on all fours as well, which only slightly helped. They raced to Smokey’s dorm, where Noah and Julius were just leaving for work. Noah was already in his car, but Julius noticed Smokey and Stasher coming. “Woah, slow down, you two. What’s the hurry?” he chuckled. “We were racing,” Smokey said, jumping to his feet. “No, we weren’t. He started running to fuck with me and I was trying to catch up.” Stasher panted. “Of course he did. Smokey can’t pass up a challenge, even if he’s the one challenging someone else.” Julius chuckled. “Yeah, I think… huff I think I can tell…” Stasher panted. “I'm just grabbing my wallet so Stasher and I can buy snacks for tonight,” Smokey said. “Good thing I grabbed it for you then, huh?” Julius pulled a green wallet with a Marijuana leaf from his pocket and handed it to Smokey. “Oh, thanks, Jules,” Smokey said, grabbing his wallet. “No problem, dude. Anyway, I'm guessing you're going to the store on the corner, right?” Julius said. “That’s right. Hopefully, they have some good stuff.” Smokey said. Stasher didn't say much. “Hey, dude, you okay?” Julius asked, putting his paw on Stasher's shoulder. “Uh… y-yeah, I’m fine. I just… I just prefer to keep to myself when I’m not high,” Stasher said, shuffling his feet. “Ah, I see. Well, Noah and I are running late so we’ll see y'all later.” Julius said, running over to Noah's car. They then drove off, leaving Smokey and Stasher alone at the dorm building. “Well, what do we do now?” Stasher asked, still shuffling his feet. “Well, now we go to the store and grab some snacky stuff and maybe some soda too. I’ve saved up quite a lot from my odd jobs, so I should have enough for plenty of good stuff.” Smokey said, his tail wagging absentmindedly. “Really? Awesome. Let’s go then,” Stasher said. Instead of waiting for Smokey to respond, he began running off to the store on all fours. “Huh? Wait, hold on,” Smokey said, shoving his wallet in his pocket and running after Stasher. He stumbled a bit because he was afraid of dropping his wallet, but decided to just shove it in his mouth and run. Now holding his wallet with his teeth, he was able to catch up to Stasher, but not before he beat the Floragato to the store. “Hey, man… huff, huff what… what took you so long?” Stasher said, panting heavily. “Screw you, asshole,” Smokey chuckled, playfully punching Stasher’s arm. Shasher laughed. “You punch like a… uh, well…” He said, thinking for a second. “Like a what?” Smokey said, shooting his friend a sly smirk. “ Well, I can’t think of anything right now, but I will later.” Stasher said, playing with his tail. “Oh yeah? I’ll wait for it then.” Smokey said, giving Stasher a more friendly smile. Stasher smiled back, feeling better than before. Smokey looked up and chuckled. “Alright, let’s get some snacks and go back to my dorm.” He said, walking to the door and going into the store, where a friendly Zigagoon greeted them with a familiar face. “Hey, look who it is. We got not one, but two Blaze Legends, haha.” he cheered, clapping. “Hi, Nathan.” Smokey said, waving. “What’s up, Stripes?” Stasher said, smirking. “Not much. Hey, I know why you’re here. You’re here to pick up snacks for your little hang-out and green-out, huh?” asked the Zigzagoon. “Yep. That’s right. You’re welcome to join us if you want.” Smokey said. “Yeah, you’re an enjoyable guy. You should totally join us.” Stasher said, clapping. “Ha, that’s sweet of you guys to want to include me, but I can’t leave work. Maybe another time.” Nathan said, scratching his head. “Aww, are you sure?” Stasher asked. “Sorry, dude, but if I left work, I’d probably get a good whooping from my boss. Not that I’d mind too much, hehe…” Nathan said, giving a cheeky smile. “Fair enough, I guess. But you better join us next time, okay?” Stasher said. “Relax, this is a temporary thing. I’m only filling in for the other guy until Tuesday. Then I can go back to doing whatever the hell I want.” Nathan said. “That sucks. You have to waste your whole weekend working? Not to mention you have to work Monday too?” Smokey growled, crossing his arms. “A couple of hours on Tuesday, but Wednesday from there on out is mine to do with whatever I want.” Nathan shrugged. “Anyway, we got some good stuff, so feel free to look around.” “Right, yeah, that’s why we’re even here, heh…” Stasher said. “But it was great to see you, man.” Smokey added. “It was great to see you guys too. Enjoy your weekend.” Nathan said, saluting to his buddies. Smokey and Stasher saluted back and walked around, picking up snacks and sodas they liked. “Wow, they got some great stuff, don’t they?” Smokey exclaimed. “Yeah, they do. Ooh, they have the Root Beer I like.” Stasher claimed, grabbing a few bottles of said root beer. “Yeah, that stuff is amazing.” Smokey said. They grabbed as much as they could both carry and afford and went to check out. “Man, you guys picked out some good stuff. Man, I really shouldn’t have gotten wrapped into this job, but, haha, what’s done is done, I guess.” Nathan said, scanning their items. “Are you okay, Nate?” Stasher asked. “Are you high or something?” Smokey asked. “Of course, you guys would be able to tell. Yeah, I only smoked a little bit before coming here, just to calm my nerves… and also, hopefully, make my boss see me as unfit and send me home.” Nathan said, scratching his neck. “Well, obviously, that didn’t happen, otherwise you wouldn’t be here.” Smokey said. “Yeah, that jerk was more worried about other things, he didn’t even notice I was stumbling around and giggling to myself.” Nathan said, huffing. As he finished scanning the snacks, Smokey sighed and said, “Are you sure you only had a little bit?” Nathan giggled and said, “Well, maybe I overdid it a bit. But I’m fine. Enjoy your night, dudes.” He said. “Thanks, you too, man. Work sucks, but at least you’re enjoying yourself.” Smokey said. “See you later, Nathan.” Stasher said. They grabbed their snacks and headed back to Smokey’s dorm room. As soon as they went inside, they set everything up in the living room to have a fun time. Snacks, sodas, and a few movies. “Holy fuck-me shit, man…” Stasher said, lying on the couch. “We finally made it to the fun part of the day. I mean, getting to talk to Jules and Nate today was fun too,” “Uh huh…” Smokey said, not paying much attention as he looked around for the weed he bought recently for the occasion. “Where in the fuck-shit did I put it?” He mumbled to himself. “Hey, do you mind if I go ahead and grab a soda?” Stasher asked. “Uh… hm.” Smokey was searching around before realizing Stasher was talking to him. “Oh, what? Uh, yeah, sure, go ahead…” He said, speed walking to his room. “Awesome, thanks.” Stasher grabbed one of the Root Beers he got and opened it, chugging it until it was halfway empty. “Man, I dunno who makes this stuff, but I love them so damn much. I most likely don’t even know them and they totally don’t even know I exist, but I would kiss them if I could.” He said. “YES! I FOUND IT!!” Smokey cheered, running back to the living room. In his rush, he tripped over his foot and fell. “I-I’m okay.” He stuttered, rushing to his feet again before Stasher could speak. “Shit, that looked like it hurt.” Stasher said. “I’m fine. I fall all the time, so it’s nothing new. Let’s just get high, okay?” Smokey hurdled over the couch and threw the weed at Stasher, hitting him in the face. “Ow… yeah, let’s do it.” Stasher chuckled. Smokey grabbed his supplies and got to rolling a blunt. “Careful, don’t overstuff it.” Stasher said. “Yeah, yeah, I won’t. Trust me, I know how to handle this stuff.” Smokey said, carefully rolling it up. Stasher chugged his Root Beer, not paying any attention. “Alright, it’s ready. You want to go first?” Smokey asked. “Huh? Oh sure, you got a lighter?” Smokey reached into his pocket and pulled out a green lighter, which he handed to Stasher. Stasher took the lighter and the blunt, took a hit, and handed it back to Smokey. “Remember not to hold it in too long.” Smokey teased. Stasher blew the smoke in his face in response. “Thanks for the reminder, asshat.” Stasher chuckled. “Dude, seriously?” Smokey laughed. “You’re such a Goober Sandwich.” “At least I’m not a Goofus Noodle like you.” “Yeah, yeah, just lemme take a hit real quick.” Smokey said, taking the blunt in. He inhaled the essence, held it for a few seconds then slowly blew it into Stasher's face, making the Minccino cough. “Dude… alright, I guess I earned that…” he chuckled. “Yep.” Smokey nodded while taking a second hit. After a while, they were stoned out of their skulls and loved it. Stasher even waved his paw in front of his face and giggled at how weird it looked. “Fuck, I’m hungry as hell.” Smokey said, standing up. “I’m gonna make some food.” Stasher just nodded without saying anything. Smokey headed to the kitchen to make some chicken nuggets and fries. He was too scared to use the oven and the microwave never cooked them right, so he used the new air fryer they bought recently. He dumped a bunch of nuggets and fries in, just enough to cover the bottom, and turned it on to cook them. He was just staring at the screen with his tongue out, his mind racing. Suddenly, he felt a sharp pain in his butt. He turned around and saw Stasher standing there, eyes red and giggling. “Haha, sorry…” He giggled, fiddling with his shirt. Smokey just stared at him, unsure of what to say. But he smiled, turned around, put his paws on the counter, stuck his butt out and said, “Do it again.” Stasher laughed and slapped his butt again. Smokey yelped and laughed. “Wait, hold on…” He grabbed a chair, placed it in the middle of the room, and told Stasher to take a seat. Stasher nodded and sat in the chair, curious about what he was planning. “I want you to… to…” Smokey looked around. “You want me to spank your butt?” Stasher asked. “Yeah… that. Can you?” Smokey asked, looking down. Stasher thought about it, which consisted of confused staring, and nodded. “Yeah… I think I can do that. Just lay on my lap.” Smokey nodded and lowered himself over Stasher’s lap, lifting his tail. “Thank you.” He purred. Stasher began smacking Smokey’s bottom with his paw, making Smokey yelp and kick his feet, though he was enjoying himself. He made sure to hit every spot on Smokey’s bottom, wanting to fulfill his friend’s request to the fullest. Smokey laughed, even as his bottom felt very warm. “Okay, okay, that’s good.” He exclaimed. Stasher, with a chuckle, gave his bottom one last smack, which was much harder than the rest, making Smokey yelp. “Oww…” He whimpered. He stood up and rubbed his sore rear. “Oh no, was I too hard?” Stasher said, biting his nails. “N-no, no, you did fine…” Smokey said, looking at the air fryer. It still had five minutes until the food was done. “Hmm…” “H-hey, could you maybe… return the favor? I haven’t been spanked in a while…” Stasher admitted, shuffling his feet. “Huh? Oh sure, yeah, I can do that. We still have five minutes until the food is done, so we have time.” Smokey said, smiling. “But first,  can you get a pillow for me?” Stasher nodded, chuckling sheepishly. “Right…” He ran off grabbed a random pillow from the couch and set it on the chair. “Thank you.” Smokey said, sitting down. Without a word, Stasher bent over Smokey’s lap and lifted his tail. “Okay, I’m ready.” Stasher mumbled, bracing himself. Smokey raised his paw and brought it down with all of his might. Stasher yelped loudly, not expecting such a hard slap. But he kept still, knowing he asked for this and couldn’t back out now. Smokey was much more firm with Stasher, leaving bright red paw prints on his bottom. Stasher began to tear up but covered his mouth to keep from whimpering. Soon, Smokey’s paw began to hurt. “Alright, we’re done.” He cheered. Stasher carefully pushed himself off of Smokey’s lap, whimpering as his bottom felt like it was on fire, yet it also felt numb. “Th-thanks…” He mumbled. Just then, the air fryer went off, alerting them that the food was done. Smokey walked to the freezer, took out a small bag of ice, and handed it to Stasher. “Here, go sit down and I’ll get the food.” He said, rubbing his cheek. Stasher wiped a tear off his face and nodded, taking the ice pack. “Thank you…” He walked back to the couch and sat down, sliding the ice pack under his bottom, which felt very painful, but he didn’t move it. Soon, Smokey came out with a couple of plates of food and handed one to Stasher. “Here ya go, bud. Sorry about your butt.” He said, sitting down and kissing his cheek, making him giggle. “Don’t be, I literally asked for it.” Stasher stated, tossing a fry in his mouth. “Ditto.” Smokey said. They turned on a horror movie and enjoyed their food and snacks. And of course, since they were high, they jumped at anything that happened. The rest of the night was quite an eventful one, though they’d never forget what made it the most memorable. They just had to keep it all a secret from everyone, especially Theo.
