I've been smitten by the concept of boars lately and, having long admired creatures of the porcine variety, decided to make the jump.
In this picture I took inspiration from a famous statue in Florence called Il Porcellino. Being made of bronze the statue (and many copies around the world) sports a shiny polished snout, due to the delightful tradition of people rubbing it for good luck. Of course I can scarcely complain if you decide to rub any other parts of a lucky boar, like my soft soles and bottoms of my toes.
