Tinker the kobold somehow managed to convince Cynder to dress up in... that... goo goo getup... I have no idea how, maybe she lost a bet, and this is her forfeit? Or perhaps this was Spyro's idea and she's forced to play along? Or maybe she's been frozen in place, and Tinker is just messing with her?
Tinker: "I hope you're having fun Cynder, cuz I definitely am!"
Cynder: (Grr... I do actually have to take a leak... but not like this! I can't relieve myself in a nappy! Not as an adult, and especially not in front of this little brat! it would rob me of all my dignity! I have to get out of this stupid costume fast!)
