There is indeed a lot of hate from many people who generate images with AI. Your support and that of others who can see it as a tool that, if used correctly, has come to help the community grow steadily and sustainably, allowing many people to express themselves.

Agreed. AI 'art' shouldn't be hated on if it's only used to play around w/ but it's a bit much too call it 'art' or one that makes the AI prompts to be called an 'artist'

I like to mess around with AI art generators too. Sometimes I wish it could read my mind on what I want but sometimes it is what it is when it comes out.
I kinda treat the art AI as a artist letting people know what AI I used to generate the art because at the end of the day I just put the prompts in. The AI is the one that drew it.
As long as I don't take credit or try and sell it it is fine.
I do get pretty upset over big companies selling and doing premium membership to others. That draws a line for me! Art AI should be free. As well as those artist out there that charge for their AI art work since the AI did majority of the work and not them! 😡
AI art is good for getting your first avatar/profile pic which stops the younger furs 🦊 from stealing other furs art.
Asking the AI to make you a background with no body in it does help you when you doodle over it where to put your charecters.
You can use it for coping and sketching to help you get better at art. Since the AI made it you don't have to worry about other artist getting upset when you tell them you used their art to get better.
