One night, Jake decides to introduce Maya to one of the greatest movies of all time, Jurassic Park. She was tense during Rexy's breakout, she laughed when Nedry died, and she couldn't even resist admiring sexy Jeff Goldblum shirtless on the table (then again, who can?). Then came the kitchen scene, when she finally got to see a raptor in full. As she looked it over, she got annoyed and slightly insulted that we used to think raptors were reptilian back before modern science, and Jake can't help but chuckle at her outburst.

Got this idea from a friend of mine. When he told me about the idea, I couldn't help but laugh, and I just knew I had to commission the idea.
Also, before anybody points out that raptors have been seen many times throughout the second half... you're right. However, you don't get to see an adult raptor full body on screen clearly until they go into the Kitchen. Yes, you get a second or two glimpse when Muldoon gets pounced, but that scene happens so fast that the raptor is blurry and you can't really make out her appearance that well.
